The Gear Daddies provides a variety of services to meet your individual needs, on virtually every racing transaxle. Using the finest jigs and fixtures, we can do something as simple as setting up shift forks to complete blueprints. See below for a complete list of our services:

Inspection
Disassembly of the gearbox into its major components, cleaning, and inspecting for wear. An analysis of your gearbox will be provided to you, with any recommendations.

Bearing Carrier Blueprint
Includes a complete disassembly, analysis, and estimate. Upon reassembly, all rails and bores are de-burred, reamed (if necessary), and polished. All forks are set up and shimmed appropriately, providing for minimal wear and drag, resulting in clean, crisp, positive shifts.

Re-Casing
Requires disassembly similar to that of an inspection. However, accurate pinion depth
and backlash readings are taken to ensure the ring and pinion are set up in the new case
exactly as they were running in the previous case. Shift forks will then be reset to the
new case depth.
